Terms of Service

Welcome to Tails of the West LLC! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided

We offer pet sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking, transportation, and specialized care. Services are customized to your pet’s needs, including feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and medication administration.

Vaccinations & Medications

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations unless a medical exemption is provided. We administer medications as instructed but cannot be held responsible for complications.

Payment

• Overnights & Pet Sitting: 50% deposit at booking, balance due before service begins.

• Drop-In Visits & Dog Walks: Payment is due 24 hours before service.

• Recurring Walks: Payment is due at the start of the week.

• Holiday Services: Full payment at booking with a 50% rate increase.
  Payments not made on time may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Full payment required for drop-in visits and dog walks.

• Less than two weeks' notice: 50% fee for overnight care.

• No refunds for holiday cancellations, late departures, or early returns.

Liability

We are insured for the services we provide but are not liable for damage or injury caused by your pet(s). Clients are responsible for damages caused by their pets.

Unsupervised Outdoor Access

We are not responsible for any loss or injury resulting from unsupervised outdoor access. Please inform us if your pet requires supervision.

Emergency Care

In an emergency, we will seek veterinary care for your pet and make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. You are responsible for associated costs.

Privacy & Security

Please inform us of any security cameras on your property. For overnight care, cameras in common areas must be turned off between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
